Kitchen Assistant Hull Salary: £10.62 per hour effective from 6th April Hours: Flexible working hours available About Us: Victoria House, rated Good by CQC provides accommodation, support and care for people with brain injury and complex needs. The role: To assist in the daily preparation of cooked nutritious meals for service users ensuring food is of a high quality. Your main duties would include:
  • Assisting in the planning and preparation a varied choice of menus, ensuring properly balanced and nutritious meals are provided, taking into account any special dietary requirements and service user preferences.
  • Assisting in ensuring that the storage, preparation and cooking of all food is carried out using the highest standards of hygiene.
  • Being responsible for the storage and use of cleaning items in accordance with COSHH.
