Pharmacy Support Worker - Support Services (Band 2 progressing to Band 3 after achievement of level 2 qualification and related experience)

We are offering an opportunity for the right candidate to step into the exciting field of hospital pharmacy services. As a Pharmacy Support Worker, you will learn the essential core skills and behavior's of pharmacy professionals by embarking on a level 2 apprenticeship qualification in Pharmacy Service Skills. Once qualified and after a period of experience you will progress to Senior Pharmacy Support Worker (Band 3).

We welcome applications from individuals with or without pharmacy experience. Holders of an appropriate level 2 pharmacy qualification will not be required to undertake the level 2 apprenticeship and will progress to Senior Pharmacy Support Worker after a period of appropriate experience and completion of all relevant competencies as listed in the person specification.

This varied role will involve a rotation between our Stores and Dispensary departments.
