Machine Operator

Preci-Spark is looking to recruit a Machine Operator to join our existing team at our Loughborough Facility, within our Power Press department. The role will primarily involve setting and operating a broad range of machines.

What we offer for the position of Machine Operator

  • £11.12ph to £13.08ph
  • Monthly productivity bonus.
  • Training.
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
  • Rotating Shifts (37 hours): Mon to Weds 6.00am to 2.00pm – 2.00pm to 10.00pm, Thurs 6.00am to 1.00pm – 1.00pm to 8.00pm, Fri 6.00am to 12.00pm – 12.00pm to 06.00pm
  • Overtime availability.

Requirements for the position of the Machine Operator

  • Experience in machining would be an advantage but not necessary, as training is provided.
  • Capable of working as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and work to procedures
